American Construction Corporation is thrilled to announce the addition of Kara Cronin to the team as our new Director of People & Culture. Kara spent the last 19 years of her career at Shawmut, where she grew and developed her career in a variety of roles. Working closely with Executive and Senior Leaders, she helped to develop and implement company goals that aligned with strategic priorities of the business. We believe that Kara will be pivotal to the evolution of our business as we continue to grow.
When asked what she loves most about her career, Kara stated “I love building relationships with the folks I work with, being able to offer them the support they need to bring their whole self to work and build exciting projects is so rewarding.”
Outside of work, Kara loves spending time with her husband and three children, watching them play sports and traveling.
